Who runs this site
The operator is Admiral Van Lines, a New York-licensed mover based at 47-30 29th St, Suite 200, Long Island City, NY 11101. If something about your data needs sorting out, a real person answers (888) 711-4778, and anything in writing can go to [email protected].
The information that reaches us
It arrives along two paths. The first is whatever you choose to type or tell us while getting a price; the second is the ordinary technical record that any website keeps in the background.

No third-party advertising tracker sits on these pages. A single privacy-respecting visitor counter only sketches the broad shape of site traffic, and flipping Do Not Track on in your browser drops you from even that.
The purpose behind it
Every bit of it feeds a short, practical chain: quote the job, schedule it, carry it out, and check in once afterward.
- Drafting the flat price and getting it into your hands
- Penciling your date onto the calendar as soon as you commit
- Running the day itself, which covers naming a crew, lodging the doorman-building COI, reserving the elevator, and setting the load window
- One short message later to see how things turned out
What Admiral flatly refuses to do with what you give us
Selling it is off the table. Handing it to a broker is off the table. We do not circulate your phone number among rival New York crews, and it stays out of any lead-buying marketplace.
Texts, calls, and getting off the list
When you send the pricing tool, you are clearing Admiral to reach back out on the number or email you provided, including automated SMS where it makes sense. Standard message and data rates may apply. Stepping off the list is straightforward:
Three ways to opt out
- Text: Reply STOP to any message and you come off, usually within the same business day.
- Phone: Call (888) 711-4778 and Gina takes you off the dial list.
- Email: Send [email protected] a note headed “REMOVE” and your details leave the quoting file.
- Federal list: We respect the FTC registry, and you can list your number at donotcall.gov.
How long any of it sticks around
Whether a record lingers turns on one thing: did the job get booked and finished, or not?

The short list of who else can see it
Only those a completed move truly needs:
- Our payroll movers, each cleared by background check before any assignment
- An insurer reviewing a cargo dispute, in the uncommon event one comes up
- A co-op managing agent or building office that requests a COI, never without your say-so
- Regulators where required by law, namely FMCSA, NYSDOT, and the IRS
Advertising networks, broker hubs, data resellers, and rival movers see none of it.
What you can ask us to do
Email [email protected] with whichever of these you want, and we move on it without delay.
- A copy
- Request everything we currently hold on your file.
- A correction
- Point out anything that is wrong and we fix it.
- A deletion
- Have your contact details erased at any point, except where the seven-year duty on completed jobs and federal recordkeeping require us to keep them.
For California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act adds a few more rights:
- Learning which categories of personal information were collected
- Requesting deletion, within whatever limits the statute sets
- Opting out of any sale of personal data, though we sell none
- Not being treated any worse for exercising those rights

How it is protected
Whatever you submit travels over HTTPS and lands in a login-protected CRM that no one opens without credentials.
- Your information never travels across open, unencrypted connections
- None of it sits anywhere reachable from the public web
- In the unlikely event of a breach, anyone affected is notified within the timeframes New York statutes and federal rules require
Younger visitors
This site is built for adults arranging a move, not for children under 13. Admiral does not knowingly collect information from anyone in that group, and if some does come in, let us know and we delete it.
Updates to this page
This policy gets revised now and then, with the date at the top updated to match. Continuing to use the site, or sending a new estimate later on, tells us the current wording works for you.
